Overview

Clearpath Bail Bonds LLC uses artificial intelligence tools to build and operate this website and to support internal business functions. We believe in being transparent about how AI is used and how it affects your experience as a visitor or client.

All bail bond decisions — including whether to write a bond, what collateral to require, and what payment arrangements to offer — are made by a licensed human bail agent. AI does not make, influence, or automate any decisions regarding your bail application.

How We Use AI

We use Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, to support the following:

• Website development: This website was built with AI assistance, including content writing, code development, and design decisions.
• Regulatory research: We use AI to research California Department of Insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and bail bond statutes to ensure our operations remain current and compliant.
• Client communications: AI assists in drafting templates for client-facing communications. All communications sent to clients are reviewed by a licensed agent before being used.
• Business operations: AI tools assist with internal documentation, process development, and administrative tasks.

AI Chat Assistant

This website includes an AI chat assistant feature that may be available to help answer general questions about bail bonds, the bail process, and our services. This assistant is powered by Claude (Anthropic).

The chat assistant is intended to provide general information only. It cannot access your personal information, review your case, or make any commitments on behalf of Clearpath Bail Bonds LLC. For anything involving your specific situation, you will always be connected with a licensed agent.

Conversations with the chat assistant are not monitored in real time but may be reviewed to improve the quality of responses. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the chat assistant.

What AI Does Not Do

• AI does not approve or deny bail bond applications.
• AI does not set terms, rates, or collateral requirements — those decisions are made by a licensed agent in accordance with California law.
• AI does not have access to your submitted form data, personal records, or case details.
• AI does not send emails or communications to clients on its own — all outgoing communications are initiated or approved by a human.

Third-Party AI Services

We use Claude by Anthropic as our primary AI tool. Anthropic's privacy practices govern how data is handled within their platform. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

We also use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to prevent spam and automated submissions. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected by reCAPTCHA.

Your Data and AI

Information you submit through our contact forms or bail request forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy. This information is not used to train AI models and is not shared with AI service providers beyond what is described in this policy.
